Who are we?

Students of Urban Design Department from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi are going to conduct a Community level meeting under the guidance of their faculties. This is a part of Local Area Planning studio ( academic program) in the course of II year of Urban Design where the study & design interventions are dealt with the help of community interaction.

हम कौन है?

योजना और वास्तुकला के स्कूल से शहरी डिजाइन विभाग के छात्रों , नई दिल्ली को अपने संकायों के मार्गदर्शन में एक सामुदायिक स्तरीय बैठक का संचालन करने जा रहे हैं। यह अध्ययन और डिजाइन हस्तक्षेप समुदाय बातचीत की मदद से पेश कर रहे हैं , जहां शहरी डिजाइन के द्वितीय वर्ष के पाठ्यक्रम में स्थानीय क्षेत्र योजना स्टूडियो (शैक्षिक कार्यक्रम) का एक हिस्सा है ।

What are we doing?

Department of Urban Design, School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi has taken up the GTB Nagar ward (ward number 12 of Civil Lines zone), Delhi for their third semester design studio on Local Area Planning. This is a purely academic exercise. We would like to interact with you and try to understand your issues and concerns. Please help us in understand your ward and we will help in improving your ward.

हम क्या कर रहे हैं?

शहरी डिजाइन, योजना एवं वास्तुकला के स्कूल के विभाग, दिल्ली जीटीबी नगर वार्ड ( वार्ड नंबर सिविल लाइंस क्षेत्र से 12) को उठाया है , लोकल एरिया प्लानिंग पर अपने तीसरे सेमेस्टर डिजाइन स्टूडियो के लिए दिल्ली । यह एक विशुद्ध रूप से शैक्षिक व्यायाम है। हम आप के साथ बातचीत और अपने मुद्दों और चिंताओं को समझने की कोशिश करना चाहते हैं। अमेरिका में अपने वार्ड को समझने में मदद मिलेगी और हम अपने वार्ड में सुधार लाने में मदद मिलेगी।

Local Area Planning

A Local Area Plan (LAP) sets out a strategy for the proper planning and sustainable development of a specific area within a local authority and for a timescale as specified by the authority. The plan must consist of a written statement and map or maps, which set out the local authorities' objectives for the plan area.

स्थानीय क्षेत्र आयोजन

 एक स्थानीय क्षेत्र योजना ( एलएपी) एक स्थानीय प्राधिकारी के भीतर और प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्दिष्ट के रूप में एक समयमान वेतनमानके लिए उचित योजना और एक विशिष्ट क्षेत्र के सतत विकास के लिए एक रणनीति तय करता है। योजना एक लिखित बयान से मिलकर बनता है और नक्शा या योजना क्षेत्र के लिए स्थानीय अधिकारियों के उद्देश्यों जो निर्धारित नक्शे, चाहिए।
